to Gram's house...

Another whirlwind week. I'll keep the details to a minimum and flood you with pictures and the brief highlights...

New words:
• Gigi - her great grandmother - aka "Granny the Great."

• Side - which we believe is code for OUTside.
• Dog

• Kitty - she also liked to brush and comb "kitty."

• Teetee - when changing diapers
• Bed
• A variation of "Night, Night."

New Adventures:
• First antique fair - Thank you, Round Top
• First time riding forward facing - Thank you, Texas laws
• Dancing - her interpretation anyway
• Complete meltdown at 10, 000 feet - And I mean COMPLETE. MELTDOWN. She screamed bloody murder for 45 minutes straight. She cried. I cried. Neighboring passengers tried to help, flight attendants tried to help. It was absolutely terrible. And to the a**hole who so politely told me that "you finally got her to calm down" after she'd been screaming for 45 minutes. Go eff yourself. It's people like you that made me have my own personal meltdown. 

Other fun things:
• Make shift slide.
• Playing on a toy that Mommy played on.  

 • Playing patty cake with Gram and Great Aunt Jeannie

 • Showing Great Uncle Bill and Great Aunt Linda that she knows how to mow the lawn (or carpet).

 • Double fisting raisins.

 • Learning to use a fork more... efficiently.

 • Mastering the vacuum skills.
