New things. All the time.

A week I had been looking forward to since Spring. Not only taking Nora to Auburn - we've done that, but taking her to a game, experiencing game day and all that goes into it. In hindsight, she could have been a little older. It was hot and she got tired. But, she kept finding these last bursts of energy and that got is through. We checked off lots of her bucket list items (yes, she had a bucket list) - Aubie ✔, the band ✔, cheerleaders ✔, lemonade ✔ and the eagle flying  ✔. It was a big BIG day!

Spring pictures were on Thursday - lost a tooth in memory of the day. She worked hard at it. She was determined the tooth was coming out before school that morning.
School is going great - it's the schedule that's hard. She's just so tired. BUT, she read her first story this week and is starting to knock out her sight words. We're hoping for some determination to show it's face - wink, smile.

The exciting part - pictures from our trip. First of all, she was finally awake as we rolled into to Alabama to stop at the rest area and check out the rocket.
It was big!!!
She also has an obsession with maps... like me.
We stopped and visited Pawpaw and GanGan for a night (sorry no photos this time).

Game day.
GanGan gave us $20 to spend - she picked out a "Tigey" aka "Aubie."
 Tailgating is hard.
 Homecoming floats.
 She was done guys. Done.
Long day on Saturday means, swimming on Sunday - obviously.
Thanks to Jennifer and Patten for having us. HUGE thanks to Harper for tolerating "Nora the Shadow."
