another chapter already

Ladies and gentlemen,

We have a big girl on our hands. A big girl who:

• Turns three months old TODAY!

• Sleeps in her crib! BOOM! I think we psyched ourselves into thinking the transition would be a challenge, but it was no better or worse than when she slept in her swing. No better or worse for her anyway, Farmer and I on the other hand (after I had a minor mommy-moment) at least slept better. Not hearing all her little grunts throughout the night made for some peaceful sleep! On night 2 she did manage to completely turn herself around in the crib - WTH? 

• Just went through another growth spurt. Bye-bye to a lot of those 0-3 months. We're a solid 3 months now! 

• Holding her head up like a champ

• Smiling and recognizing Miss Pat and her friends at daycare

• Smiling at EVERY ONE!

• Losing her hair. And not where you would think. Most respond with, "yeah, where she sleeps..." NO!! She's losing a small patch on the other side. So weird.

That was our week. We're all adjusting to day care and getting into the wake up, feed baby, shower, baby to day care, work all day, baby up from day care, feed the baby, feed us, take a walk, bathe the baby, baby ready for bed, feed the baby, baby to bed, mommy and daddy to bed... repeat.
