What a week: the sequel

Man oh man. I wish I could say this week was a vast improvement over last week... buuuuutttt, I can't.

So, picking up where we left off - the diaper rash got BAD. The only logical thing we could identify that might be causing the diarrhea that caused the diaper rash, was the antibiotic for the pink eye. So, we decided to stop the drops and call the doctor. Our doctor was out of the office on Monday, so we had to schedule a visit on Tuesday. Since we were on a rocky track from the previous week, we asked her about everything - the random throwing up, the diarrhea and the diaper rash, the pink eye - were they all connected? Blah, blah, blah.

The answer - nothing was wrong with her. The throwing up they contributed to a sensitive stomach. The pink eye - it was cleared up. The pink eye drops were likely NOT the cause of the diarrhea. They said that was just a stomach thing. They gave us medicated cream for her bootie and a steroid. It's almost completely gone. Oy. Saturday morning we wake up and she's so congested we can't get anything out and her eyes were really puffy. Off to the doctor again... only to be told she just had a viral infection. Help us Lord.

In more delightful news - she's still talking up a storm and continuing to combine words into phrases. That includes: "Mommy/Daddy walk," "Sit," "Mommy Go," and fun things that only a true bossy pants can pull off. 

We got to the zoo for a bit on Saturday so she could see the "mingos."
