Happy 4th of July, y'all.

What a great week - We had a great time visiting with friends and lots and lots of lots of playing. Guys. So much exhaustion.

We believe she may have two imaginary friends, Lala and Maxwell.

Before I forget, quotes of the week.
"Mommy stop talking. I'm talking right now."

"Let's go, dude"

"Mommy, Paco is sad. Because he ran into the wall and he needs his Mommy to take care of him and give him a band-aid."

Monday we had a cookout with the old gang. Aside from us all being married and having kids, the big difference was this was the first time the adults have been able to have a conversation and the kids have entertained themselves - without being supervised. Guys, it's what dreams are made of. Shockingly, Nora loved the poppers and fireworks.
If Uncle G and Aunt Wiz wondered what having three kids would be like. Well... here you go.
We woke up Tuesday morning with a fever. So, Dr. Farmer was called in to make sure everyone else was okay. We all checked out. Fever went away after 24 hours with no other symptoms. Weird.
And we were able to join our friends at the lake.

Sissy made it! God love, if Sissy had not walked in the doors of school on Friday afternoon, someone would have had Hell to pay.
Helping Sissy and Mommy shuck corn.
Guys, it was just too much. Shucking corn, making breakfast, Bubble Guppies...
She called us into the living room to show us her new trick!!!!

  1. I seriously love the picture of everyone sleeping from above. The lighting, the composition, the subjects! Love it!
