Happy times.
Our girl finished up her first week of school... mostly successfully. Drop-offs were pretty brutal, but apparently ten minutes after I left, she was hunky dory. We get photos of her three times a day, which I was planning to be the anchor of documentation for the blog, however, if we don't download them in a couple of days, they're gone (wah wah). So, here's what I WAS able to get.
I would say the rockiest part of the week was our commute home... oy... 12 miles, ya'll, took as much as an hour and a half one day. And naturally, the lady is ready to eat the house down, so it was commute-prep this weekend - making sure my car is locked and loaded with snacks!
Had dinner with her new friend, Rylan, on Saturday. Rylan was teaching the appropriate tater tot to ketchup ration. She was obviously impressed. They love each other.

Today was fun - we went down to Franklin, TN to Dickens of a Christmas on the square. It was oddly, wonderfully warm outside, so it was a great time. Lots of fun costumes and checking out Franklin. If you're never been to Franklin - we HIGHLY suggest it. Honestly, if it would work - we may live there one day!!
Consider this "visiting Santa 2015."
