Sometimes we wonder
Are we being too lax? Is she your typical two-year-old? Do we need to be sterner? I feel like we stay on her, but man she does not care to listen most of the time. It's tough, guys. And she only wants me, so she wants me, but she won't listen to me. So, when I correct her, she gets upset, but doesn't want her Daddy, she wants me. But, I have to be firm. No one ever warns you about these trials of parenthood.

If that doesn't clue you in, it's been a challenging week. We found out on Thursday that the twins have been out all week - so, that's not helping anything.
She's also still got her sleep pattern out of wack. She was up and at it at 4:50a this week. One day it was 5, another day it was 5:15. Me, oh me.
We had folks over Friday and Saturday night... THAT she loved. Maybe she gets bored with us.
Saturday morning we participated in a 5K walk with her school team for St. Jude (thank you to ALL who contributed - we came up $25 shy of our goal - not too shabby). The walk - she didn't love it. It was hot... and she didn't want to ride in her stroller and she didn't want to walk, she wanted me to carry her... for 3.1 miles!!! My back is killing me.
We played a lot Saturday afternoon. This is her on her bean bag, with MY baby blanket, teaching me all about rhinoceros!
Watching Daddy mow. {Thank you Mr. Donkey for the lift.}
Bubble bath time!!!! BUBBLES!!!

Trial: the action or process of trying. And parenting is definitely that! I have no words of advice (not that you asked), just words of encouragement! Good luck! You can do it!!! Its a good thing she is adorable, right? :)
